Nitto Ridge Grappler
If you find yourself on an above-average number of off-road adventures, but still want a tire that’s quiet on the road, the Nitto Ridge Grappler is a great choice. Nitto calls the Ridge Grappler a hybrid terrain tire. It features a perfect combination of the features and performance of the premium all-terrain and mud-terrain products. The outer edge of the tires has staggered lugs with integrated stone ejection ribs. The center row of tread blocks provides multi-stepped edges for additional traction on loose surfaces and an inter-block reinforcement for confident and solid handling on the highway.
Ridge Grappler tires have two different sidewall designs. One side has a traditional tread pattern for an OEM look while the other has bold and pronounced lugs and aggressive styling.
Nitto offers the Ridge Grappler in 17, 18, 20 and 22-inch fitments with outer diameters as large as 37.76 inches. Load ratings include C, D, E and extreme-duty, 12-ply sidewall F ratings.
Nitto Trail Grappler
If rocks, mud and dirt are your thing, then the Nitto Trail Grappler mud-terrain tire is the right choice for your vehicle. The Trail Grappler features a large void ratio for traction in the slipperiest of situations. The arrangement of the tread blocks optimizes performance and a comfortable ride. While not as quiet as the Ridge Grappler, the Trail Grappler means you can still hear yourself think on the way to and from the trail. Tire sidewalls feature a three-ply design encased in a thick layer of rubber for excellent puncture resistance.
The Trail Grappler features Nitto’s trademark dual sidewall design. Choose deep V-shaped sidewall lugs or a more-traditional style with flat buttresses.
Trail Grappler tires are available in sizes from 15 through 24 inches with diameters as large as 39.76 inches to quench the thirst of the most extreme of off-road enthusiasts.
